Drafting corporate legal documentation including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, corporate and tax reorganizations, various share transactions, extra provincial registrations, various types of dividend transactions, name changes,



restorations and other documents as required · Acting as point of contact for corporate client inquiries · Other administrative duties as required · Minimum 8 years of experience as a Paralegal in a busy corporate practice · A Paralegal Certificate or Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution · Understanding of BC Online, ALF, iManage, Outlook and Word · The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills/knowledge, experience, and internal and market equity.
