We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to lead the creative vision behind our marketing, branding, and campaigns. You'll join a collaborative team and take ownership of the creative process from concept through final delivery—shaping how the brand shows up across print, digital, and multimedia channels. This role plays a key part in bringing our vision to life, developing conceptual artwork and photorealistic renderings that help elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities Translate marketing briefs into original creative concepts and visual solutions that support business objectives;

Lead the creative process end-to-end, from concept development through production and final delivery;

Design integrated campaigns and assets across print, digital, social media, presentations, events, and environmental graphics;

Develop conceptual artwork, photorealistic renderings, and multimedia content for product, project, and marketing;

Establish and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual communications;

Own the organization's centralized library of creative and brand assets while partnering with Brand, Marketing, Communications,



Digital, and Business Development teams to bring campaigns to life.

Skills &

Experience 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with hands-on rendering experience, ideally within real estate, architecture, or a related creative field;

Proven rendering and 3D visualization experience with software such as Autodesk Maya, Chaos (V-Ray and Corona), and Unreal Engine 5;

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom) and Figma;

Working knowledge of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Adobe Firefly, AI-native workflows) and a strong eye for modern, premium design aesthetics, colour, and typography;

A confident creative leader who can translate strategy into concept, take ownership of projects, and provide transparent direction without micromanaging;

A strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams, adapts to shifting priorities, and stays curious about emerging design trends and technologies.
