We're hiring a Creative Strategist (Paid Social) to own the thinking behind ad creative across a dozen+ eCommerce and lead-gen brands.

This is not a typical creative strategist role, and it's not a senior one. Nobody arrives knowing our process — we built it and we'll teach it.

? What You'll Do

- Read customer research and find the real problem underneath what people say
- Turn that into genuinely different ad concepts, not one idea with three headlines
- Write briefs a production team can execute without coming back to you
- Art-direct with AI tools: prompts, renders, compositing with designers
- Work across multiple brands in categories you may not know yet — and research them before you write a word

- You're curious about people and why they buy, and you'd read a hundred reviews to find the one line that explains it
- You've got taste: you can hear when a line is trying too hard
- You use your own brain — you love AI tools and you don't trust them
- You're straight with people, including when the news is "I'm stuck"




- You'd rather be told you're wrong today than find out from a client

❌ This Role Is Not

- A design, editing, or social media management role

⚠️ Experience

Experience at an agency or brand helps, especially high-volume. It isn't required. You might have run paid social, written or edited copy, done research or UX, or built your own swipe file. We care more about how you think than where you've worked.

? Compensation

$50K–$60K base + monthly bonus tied to account ROAS ($80K–$100K+ OTE). Reviewed at 90 days with a written path to the senior role.
