Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and beverages with efficiency and care, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, portioning, or garnishing dishes as needed
- Support bar operations by bartending or serving drinks responsibly,



adhering to alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours and special events

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to serve efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Experience with serving or bartending is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
