We are looking for an English-fluent candidate with deep knowledge of authentic Kerala cuisine to join our team at curry Naadu. You will guide guests through our menu, ensure excellent service standards, and represent Kerala's culinary culture.
Key Requirements & Experience
Language: Fluent in English (Malayalam is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a Kerala cuisine restaurant or South Indian fine dining.
Food Knowledge: Deep understanding of traditional Kerala dishes, ingredients, and preparation styles.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a welcoming, skilled attitude.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
