Siteline Deck & Rail is hiring a Crew Lead to run a 2-person crew building premium decks, custom railings, and vinyl waterproofing systems across Central Vancouver Island. We're a specialty contractor, not a general carpentry shop. We are a Duradek Authorized Installer and TimberTech authorized installer.

You'll:

- Execute deck/rail carpentry to a premium finish standard
- Self-inspect your work and complete closeout documentation before wrap-up
- Lead and mentor a Carpenter/Helper on-site
- Be the face of Siteline at the client's home — daily updates, routine questions
- Handle your crew's material logistics (trailering, supply runs)

Requirements:

- Residential finish-carpentry experience (decks/railings)




- Experience leading or mentoring at least one other crew member
- Valid BC driver's license, own basic hand tools

We offer: Full time, year-round work, $32–$38/hr, documented wage bands and a real path forward (Crew Lead → Senior Crew Lead/Foreman → Field Supervisor → Field Operations Manager), small crew, no corporate layers.
