About Best Deal Graphics and Printing For over 40 years, Best Deal has been a trusted trade printer serving customers across Ontario and Canada. We are known for delivering high-quality print products, reliable service, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery for businesses of all sizes.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with printing industry experience to coordinate print jobs from order entry through production and delivery while providing exceptional service to our trade customers.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding each client's requirements and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Receive customer artwork, prepare production dockets, and ensure proofs are delivered on schedule.
- Review approved proofs, update production records, and forward jobs to prepress.
- Coordinate print production solutions to meet project specifications and adapt to changing customer requirements.
- Communicate pricing revisions and additional charges provided by the estimating team.
- Keep customers informed with accurate project timelines and status updates.
- Provide customers with regular updates on the progress of current and pending projects.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are completed before jobs are shipped.
- Perform clerical and general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

- Minimum one year of customer service experience in the printing industry.
- Knowledge of commercial or trade printing production processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and consistently follows through to completion.
- Positive attitude with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
