Role Overview
We are hiring a Crypto Revenue Strategy Specialist to support revenue strategy, market research, operational planning, and growth-focused analysis across cryptocurrency and Web3 business environments. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on crypto revenue strategy, digital asset markets, trading operations, business growth, and Web3 financial workflows.
The Crypto Revenue Strategy Specialist will research crypto market opportunities, support revenue-focused initiatives, monitor digital asset trends, and prepare strategy materials across cryptocurrency markets, trading workflows, Web3 products, automation-enabled operations, and digital asset business models. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency, revenue growth, trading operations, market intelligence, workflow optimization, and Web3 business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Research crypto markets, digital asset business models, trading workflows,
revenue opportunities, Web3 products, and market expansion themes
- Monitor token performance, market sentiment, trading activity, customer trends, operational metrics, capital flows, and crypto ecosystem developments
- Support revenue strategy, growth planning, process optimization, market positioning, opportunity evaluation, and business performance analysis
- Prepare revenue strategy briefs, market intelligence updates, growth reports, crypto business summaries, operational insights, and strategy materials
- Track developments across crypto trading platforms, digital asset services, Web3 startups, automation tools, fintech products, and blockchain-based business models
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue workflows, trading operations, customer engagement, reporting quality, and market execution
- Collaborate with team members on crypto strategy, business growth, workflow improvement, market research, and automation-supported revenue initiatives
- Maintain organized research files, market trackers, revenue notes, prospect pipelines, growth dashboards, and crypto intelligence resources
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, revenue strategy, digital assets, trading operations, Web3 business models,
and market growth
- Familiarity with crypto markets, business operations, revenue planning, trading workflows, market research, digital asset platforms, or Web3 ecosystems
- Understanding of revenue growth, market positioning, customer behavior, trading activity, operational efficiency, token markets, and digital finance concepts
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM tools, crypto analytics platforms, TradingView, blockchain explorers, or automation tools is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to explain crypto market trends, revenue opportunities, workflow improvements, and business insights clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research, growth, and strategy priorities
- Previous experience in revenue operations, crypto research, trading operations, fintech, business strategy, market research, automation, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation
Salary range: CAD95,000 - CAD105,000 per year depending on experience
