The Customer Care Agent provides exceptional customer support through Care, Consistency, and Communication while developing business through appointment generation.

Typical workday:

- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Customer support showcasing thorough understanding of products and procedures.
- Acknowledgement of customer complaints and knowing when to escalate.
- Schedule sales/service appointments by completing:
- Inbound calls
- Follow-up calls
- Lease/Finance renewal calls
- Email/Web Requests
- Anniversary calls
- Recall notification
- Service Reminders

Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually

Schedule:Variety of day, evening, and Saturday shifts.
