Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.

- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash register operations.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

- Previous experience in convince store is an asset
- Please note that a personal vehicle is required as there is no public transportation available




- Must have own reliable transportation to commute.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating upselling techniques.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
