Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting issues.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and credit card payments.

- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure merchandising displays are appealing and well-stocked.

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall customer experience.

- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.

Skills





- Required atleast 1 year experience of gas station or lcbo

- Especially looking for night shifts

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.

- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.

- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management.

- Excellent phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with customers.

- Ability to demonstrate products confidently during demos.

- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.

- Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
