At Dream Box, we offer an immersive and thrilling movie-going experience like no other. With dynamic motion seats and special effects, we bring movies to life. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives located in Tsawwassen Mills Mall.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests, assist with ticket purchases, and provide information about showtimes and theater amenities.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and effective manner. Inform guests about upcoming events, promotions, and special screenings.
- Ticket Sales and Concessions: Operate ticketing POS registers, credit transactions, and ensure accurate entry in POS.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the theater, main areas, washrooms clean and well-organized.
- Usher Duties: Assist guests in finding their seats, monitor theater entrances/exits, provide pre-show instructions and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure that all safety protocols related to the 2D, 4D, and 5D experience are followed and assist guests with safety procedures.
- Operate Theater Equipment: Manage and operate theater computer for opening and closing shifts, as well as during movie screenings to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with theater equipment would be a bonus




- Other Duties: May be assigned other duties on the job if needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide excellent service and enhance the movie-going experience.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle POS transactions accurately.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to operate basic computer systems and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Passion for movies and knowledge of current films.
- Experience with 2D, 4D, 5D or other immersive entertainment technologies is a plus.

- Secondary School (preferred)
