Job Position Overview:

A long term Insurance Agency located in Kitchener and servicing the Waterloo Region is looking for new Team Members to fill the position of Insurance Account Representative.

The position is designed to take care of and service the insurance needs of new and existing policyholders. The position involve the sale of new insurance products and the servicing and maintaining of existing products and policies.

The position offers a desirable and consistent work schedule primarily being daytime Monday through Friday. Salary is competitive and flexible (consideration for prior experience and expertise). Commission, Bonuses are also offered and benefits are available if required.

The position also introduces someone current to the industry as training and licensing can be provided. Prior licenses are desirable.

The successful candidate will be energetic and have a friendly personality. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and possess a good working knowledge of computers and computer applications. The successful candidate will also have an interest in sales and working with policyholders conducting needs-based sales interviews.

Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments,



identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Engage with clients and create relationships
- Need to be able to quickly respond to client needs and recognize additional opportunities.

Pay: $37,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
