Tempo Gas Station is currently hiring CSR Supervisors to join our team across multiple Calgary locations.

Responsibilities

As a CSR Supervisor, you will help oversee daily store operations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

- Supervising and supporting Customer Service Representatives
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory
- Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Supporting fuel station and convenience-store operations




- Communicating operational or maintenance concerns to management

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred
