We’re partnering with an established company in the industrial and technical products space to hire a Procurement / Customer Support Specialist in Mississauga.

This is a permanent, full-time role combining customer service, order processing, procurement, and supplier coordination. The salary is $60,000–$65,000 plus benefits and RRSP matching.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage full-cycle customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Prepare quotes and process credits/returns
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and finance
- Manage purchase orders and supplier follow-up
- Maintain accurate information in ERP and CRM systems
- Support inventory and procurement activities
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

- 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, procurement, purchasing, or a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, engineering, or a technical products environment




- ERP experience with full-cycle order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes
- Stable work history and interest in a long-term opportunity
