Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Demonstrate proper dance techniques, safety procedures, and choreography to students
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence
- Foster a supportive, energetic classroom environment that encourages creativity and teamwork
- Prepare students for performances, showcases, or competitions when applicable
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio workplace at all times
- Communicate effectively with students, parents,



and team members regarding progress and class updates

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring dance to diverse age groups
- Strong communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and motivate students
- Excellent classroom management abilities to create an inclusive and disciplined atmosphere
- Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary or tap (nice-to-have)
- Ability to adapt lessons based on individual student needs and learning styles
- Passion for inspiring others through movement and artistic expression
- Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and dedication are essential
