Role: Data Analyst/ AI Solutions & Automation Consultant

Rate: $50–$55/hr

Location: Fully Remote

We are seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Consultant to partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities across Generative AI, AI automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows .

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities with business teams.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, LLMs, and AI agents .
- Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows.
- Analyze data and processes to assess feasibility, risks, controls, and expected business value.
- Manage initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering through testing, documentation, implementation, and adoption.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis.




- Collaborate with business, risk, privacy, and governance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Required / Preferred Skills:

- Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or agentic AI solutions
- Experience with AI automation and workflow automation
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate , or similar technologies
- Strong analytics and data insights capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Curiosity and interest in emerging AI technologies and use cases
- Financial services / financial institution experience is a plus
