Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Oracle to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely analytics solutions.
- Design and optimize databases through effective database design principles, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, documenting processes, and adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.




- Automate repetitive tasks using VBA or Bash scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy in data processing workflows.

Experience

- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role with a strong focus on data analysis skills.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL (including Microsoft SQL Server) and Oracle databases for querying and managing data repositories.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R and Python for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation tasks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management practices, and SDLC processes to support collaborative project execution.
- Understanding of business analysis techniques, database design principles, and the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Experience with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping or Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation is a plus.
