What You'll Do

- Lead enterprise Data Governance and MDM strategy initiatives.
- Define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.
- Develop MDM standards, golden records, matching, and survivorship rules.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, or Data Management.
- 3+ years leading enterprise governance or MDM initiatives.
- Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models.
- Strong MDM strategy and platform experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
