- This is a hands-on role within an Enterprise Data Lifecycle Management workstream, focused on data retention, disposition, remediation, governance workflows, and audit readiness.

- Execute data retention and disposition workflows using established governance processes and SOPs.
- Create and maintain data asset records, governance documentation, and audit evidence.
- Progress data issues and remediation tickets through completion.
- Support retention code assignment, validation, retention schedules, and disposition activities.
- Coordinate with application owners, data stewards, technical teams, and governance stakeholders.
- Track workflows.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams and proactively follow up on blockers and outstanding actions.
- Lead stakeholder meetings independently once fully ramped.

- 4–5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Stewardship, Business Analysis,
or a compliance-adjacent role.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management, retention, disposition, data ownership, governance, and records management.
- Experience within a large, matrixed and highly regulated organization.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable workflow/ticketing tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and structured reporting.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and project coordination skills.
? Ideal Profile
- Highly proactive and able to independently unblock yourself when stakeholders or SMEs aren't readily available.
- Strong follow-through—you close the loop rather than assuming something has been completed.
- Comfortable managing numerous stakeholders and open threads simultaneously.
- Able to navigate ambiguity, changing requirements, and demanding environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working within highly documented processes.
- Strong communicator who takes ownership..
? Why This Prospect
- Be hands-on with complex data lifecycle, retention, disposition, regulatory, and audit-readiness initiatives.
- High-ownership role where you'll quickly become trusted to independently manage stakeholder relationships and workstreams.
