The Chopped Leaf is an emerging fresh casual lifestyle concept that provides delicious, handcrafted meals served fresh and quick for a healthy, better-for-you food experience! Our purpose is to create and provide an enjoyable food experience, incorporating our WOW philosophy and Core Values.
The position is full time (35-40 hours per week) that will include some evenings and weekends. We offer competitive wages, tips and store discounts.
Tasks
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Determine type of services to be offered and implemented
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
