Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group. This role promises significant career development opportunities, working on complex assignments and advising on diverse real estate transactions globally.
Our prestigious client base includes sovereign wealth funds, multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds, and REITs, providing exposure to high-profile and interesting projects. Acting as overall deal architect - making a call on content, tone and focus of a report; taking responsibility for successful delivery and management of your projects.
Working with the partners and directors to identify opportunities to bring in additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading proposals and kicking off recent pieces of work.
Setting the standard for coaching on projects; You have experience of working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a track record of advising on UK corporate tax You have experience of leading and coaching others You have experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks You must possess Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification; (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
