This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

30-32 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) no evening.

Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up dental tools and materials for procedures
- Assist the dentist during examinations, and other dental procedures including extractions, endodontics and implant therapy.




- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Manage patient records.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain strict infection control standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained

Qualifications

- Proven experience in dental assisting with knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages.
- Certification in dental assisting or relevant training from an accredited program required. LEVEL 2 PREFERRED.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
