The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

- 37-40 hours per week
- Monday - Saturday, some evenings, some Saturdays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 1-2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
