Schedule

- 8-hour shifts
- Includes some evenings and weekends
- 32–40 hours per week (permanent full-time)

Responsibilities

- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient records and billing
- Process insurance claims and payments
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries




- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience as a dental receptionist (preferred)
- Experience with dental software (Curve Hero is an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude
