What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming patients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the schedule to keep days running smoothly
- Handling insurance, billing, and patient communications
- Keeping the front desk organized and efficient
- Helping create a seamless,



positive patient experience from start to finish
- Contributing ideas as we build systems and workflows from the ground up

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and great with people
- Reliable and takes ownership of their role
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A team player who jumps in where needed
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Positive, adaptable, and excited to grow with a recent practice

Key requirements:
- Dental reception experience is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes
- Excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone)
- Comfortable using dental software systems
- Experience with Curve Patient Management System is a strong asset

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
