We're looking for a Mid-Level Designer to support the craft across one of our most dynamic accounts — Uber. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who's eager to build range across both product and brand: learning how to work within a global design system one day, supporting an in-app design moment the next, and getting hands-on with an AI-assisted shoot the day after that.

You'll support design execution across a broad scope — global design systems, product/in-app, CRM, social, AI shoots, and video — helping translate strategy and brand into work that's well-crafted and built to perform at global scale. You'll work closely with senior designers, creative leadership, copy, strategy, and account teams, learning what it takes to set a high bar for craft.

Who you are...

- Middle career: 3–5 years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows range or strong potential across product/digital and brand/marketing.
- Eager to learn systems: Curious about design systems and component-based thinking, even if you haven't worked in one professionally yet.
- Detail-oriented: Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, color, and layout, with a genuine eye for craft and a hunger to sharpen it.
- Platform-familiar: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion tools (e.g., After Effects) a plus.
- Coachable: Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly; excited to grow into product and digital design work.
- Curious about AI tools: Interested in learning generative and AI-assisted production tools and how they fit into a creative workflow.

What you'll be doing...

- Global design systems — Support the maintenance and application of design systems and component libraries, helping keep Uber's work consistent and on-brand across markets and platforms.
- Product & in-app design — Assist in designing in-app experiences, flows, and feature moments alongside senior product and UX partners.
- CRM & lifecycle — Support the design of lifecycle and CRM creative across email, push, and in-app messaging.
- AI shoots & generative imagery — Assist with AI-assisted and generative content — helping develop prompts and learning to guide generative output alongside more senior team members.
- Video & motion — Support video and motion work across campaign and social, from storyboard assists through collaboration with editors.
- Craft & consistency — Build strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual quality, with guidance from senior designers.
- Collaboration — Partner with strategy, copy, and account teams, and actively seek feedback to grow your craft.
