Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, supporting reliable deployments and effective rollback processes. Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, upgrades, networking, and production support.

Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.

Embed security into day‑to‑day DevOps practices, including access management, secrets management, and scanning of images and dependencies before deployment. Support platform reliability through service‑level objectives, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and post‑incident reviews.

Automate repetitive operational tasks and develop self‑service tools that improve engineering efficiency. Create and maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks for production systems. Participate in a shared on‑call rotation to support production systems and respond to critical incidents.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional certifications such as CKA, CKS, or a professional‑level cloud certification are considered an asset. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

Hands‑on production experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including networking, access management, and compute services.

Experience with Git‑based workflows and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions,

GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Experience with Argo CD or Flux, and packaging tools such as Helm or Kustomize is considered an asset.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry is considered an asset.

Experience working in regulated environments such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS is considered an asset.

Experience supporting multi‑account or multi‑team cloud environments at scale is considered an asset. Strong scripting skills using Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell. Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals, including DNS, certificates, routing, and load balancing.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and respond to business‑critical technical issues. Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references.
