We’re looking for a Digital Designer with exceptional visual design skills, a systems-thinking mindset and a passion for creating thoughtful digital experiences. You’ll play an important role in how we design and build websites, develop scalable design systems and translate strategic ideas into polished digital experiences. As our studio grows, you’ll also help evolve our digital capabilities and the way we work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing systems that are intuitive, consistent and built to last. You’ll work closely with our strategy and branding teams on a wide variety of projects, from brand websites and digital campaigns to developing learning modules and digital presentations.

Webflow is our preferred platform for designing and building websites, so experience working in

Webflow is important. We’re not looking for a dedicated Webflow developer, but rather a designer who is comfortable bringing their designs to life in Webflow, understands how websites are structured, and is excited to continue developing their digital skills.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- 4–7 years of experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative environment
- Great visual design skills with a robust eye for typography, layout and detail
- A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital experiences in Figma




- Comfortable translating designs into production-ready Webflow websites
- Experience managing CMS-driven content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
- A natural curiosity and a desire to continue expanding their Webflow knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus experience

- HTML and CSS (JavaScript is an asset)
- Working knowledge of motion design, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Webflow integrations, animations, and relevant third-party libraries
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices, including AODA and WCAG standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and present ideas clearly

You’ll work across a diverse range of branding and digital projects, including:
- Designing thoughtful, user-centred websites in Figma
- Help with building and maintaining websites in Webflow
- Creating scalable design systems, reusable components and CMS structures
- Translating brand strategies into engaging digital experiences
- Supporting website updates and ongoing client maintenance
- Designing presentations, reports and other digital communication materials
- Participating in creative reviews and contributing ideas to strengthen the work
- Helping improve our internal digital processes, templates and best practices
- Continuing to develop your digital, Webflow and motion design skills
