You hold a university degree in engineering, industrial design, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.





You are a self-starter capable of identifying, creating, and executing strategic projects with minimal supervision. You are passionate about business aviation, design, innovation, emerging technologies, and the customer experience.

experience in aerospace innovation is an asset. You are a team player who can easily build a network and secure support from various functions within the organization. You demonstrate an ability to develop long-term strategic relationships with corporate decision-makers.

You have a solid understanding of configuration management and change management principles and processes within a manufacturing workplace. You are fluent in English and French.
