Type of Contract: Permanent A career as a Director, Fiduciary Services on the Fiduciary and Philanthropic Services team at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner to our affluent clients. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact through your expertise in trust administration, your communication skills, and your ability to build lasting, trusted relationships.

Your Role

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by delivering service aligned with fiduciary industry standards.
- Ensure the rigorous administration of client files and communicate progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive business development activities with targeted sectors such as Private Banking 1859, National Bank Financial, and the Personal Banking Network.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to internal partners to support asset retention initiatives.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the digital transformation of business processes.
- Prepare reports and regular communications for clients.

Your Team

Within National Bank Trust, you will report to the Vice President, Fiduciary and Philanthropic Services and manage a team of two highly experienced industry specialists. You will contribute to the sector’s mission of providing fiduciary services to individuals and specialized advisory services to affluent clients. Prerequisites

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Qualified designation such as Notary, Tax Specialist, or Financial Planner.
- Significant experience in client service and in an advisory or subject matter expert role.
- Availability to travel occasionally based on client needs.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Knowledge of or experience in estate settlement or trust administration (an asset).
- Knowledge of investments or financial planning (an asset).
