You will partner with senior leadership, including the Capital Markets Controller and Chief Accountant, to provide insights and ensure compliance across BMO's Capital Markets platform. Your leadership will guide a team of five, impacting key business outcomes and enhancing governance and controls.

Minimum 9 years of relevant finance experience
