Seeking a Finance Director to strengthen financial management at the Jewish Community Centre during a maternity leave. Play a key role in budgeting and strategic decision-making with a dynamic team. This full time position lasts 12-14 months and covers both the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre, overseeing a strong finance team.

You will partner with the CFO and Board to ensure the smooth operation of a $35 million budget and compliance with financial standards, contributing to the community's vibrant life. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily financial operations
- Manage budgeting and capital forecasting processes
- Provide financial insights to senior management
- Administer payroll and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Requirements:

- C.A. or C.G.A. qualification
- 5+ years in finance management roles
- Experience in not-for-profits is a plus
- Advanced MS Office and database skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
