This Is

Not a Traditional HR Role We're not looking for someone whose primary focus is policies and paperwork. Someone who can attract exceptional talent, develop leaders, strengthen accountability, and help build a company where people are challenged, supported, and proud of the work they do. As Director of Human Resources, you will be a member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. You will work directly with the COO to help shape the future of FundyPros.

FundyPros has the talent needed to execute its strategy and support continued growth Build strong talent pipelines and succession plans for key roles Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies across the business Develop supervisors, project managers, and leaders who lead with clarity, accountability,



and respect Support leaders through coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations Help create an environment where people can do the best work of their careers Build a High-Performance Culture Facts and Data We Serve Each Other Help create a culture where people know what is expected and are held accountable to those expectations Ensure high performance and genuine care for people exist together Use data and metrics to improve decision making Ensure compensation, benefits, and HR systems support the long-term success of the business Maintain sound HR practices and ensure compliance with employment legislation and immigration programs Continuously improve the systems and processes that support our people and our business Lead the HR Function You will provide leadership and direction to: HR Generalist Talent Acquisition Specialist while partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure our people strategy supports our business strategy.
