Position Overview

Padmanadi is looking for a reliable Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for every service period. This behind-the-scenes role is an important part of the restaurant team, ensuring cooks and service staff have the clean equipment and tableware they need to work efficiently.

Your Role

- Keep dishes, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans moving through the cleaning process
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow proper cleaning procedures
- Sort clean items and return them to their appropriate storage or service areas
- Keep the dish station organized and free from unnecessary buildup
- Help ensure the kitchen has a steady supply of clean cookware and tableware
- Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, floors, racks, and surrounding areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleanup and support tasks during busy periods
- Handle garbage and recycling according to restaurant procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the team when replenishment is needed
- Help maintain a safe and hygienic back-of-house environment
- Follow food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
- Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and other assigned kitchen duties

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience is helpful but not essential
- Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on work




- Able to maintain a steady pace during busy meal periods
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Solid awareness of cleanliness and organization
- Able to follow instructions and established safety procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a kitchen team

Pay: $15.24-$21.58 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
