Duties

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using chemical based dishwasher and by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in appropriate storage areas
- Remove trash & recycling, placing it in designated areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
- Assist with light food preparation tasks if needed when not busy

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness, sanitation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

-These shifts usually start around 5pm to close (11pm-1am)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and preparation areas. You will be responsible for washing dishes and utensils, polishing when required, and maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas, assisting with other light kitchen tasks as needed.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting, although this is not required. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness. The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects is necessary for this role.
