We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment. Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating
- Ensure food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery
- Keep work areas organized and sanitized throughout shifts
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment





Qualifications

- Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation standards
- Ability to handle food preparation and cooking tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Prior hotel or serving experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
