C&K; Services LTD is a multi-service provider operating around the clock, offering residential and commercial cleaning, flood response, construction, property management and maintenance. We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to serve as the central point of communication between our field teams, clients, and management across all services.

Position Summary The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and tracking service calls and job assignments across multiple divisions in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate is comfortable working a adaptable schedule of approximately 50 hours per week, including weekends and rotating shifts, to always ensure seamless service coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, prioritize, and assign incoming service requests to appropriate crews.
- Build and adjust daily/weekly schedules based on job urgency, location, and skill set.
- Monitor job progress in real time and reassign resources as needed to address delays, emergencies, or last-minute changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field staff, clients, and management.
- Communicate with day and night supervisors.
- Relay job details, site instructions, safety requirements, and client expectations clearly to assigned crews.
- Provide clients with accurate updates on job status, and any delays.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers across divisions to align on priorities and resource allocation.
- Coordinate invoicing and ensuring all documents and clients information is received.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all dispatched jobs, including start/end times, personnel assigned, materials used, and completion status.
- Log incidents, delays, cancellations, or client complaints and escalate as appropriate.
- Serve as an on-call point of contact during days, weekends,



and holidays as part of a rotating schedule to ensure 24/7 service availability. Coordinate with night supervisor for night coverage.
- Respond quickly to emergency service requests and dispatch appropriate resources.
- Follow established protocols for after-hours escalation and emergency communication.
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety procedures, ensure all employees have the appropriate clearances.
- Complete and submit WSCC (Workers' Safety and Compensation Commission) incident reports for workplace injuries, accidents, or near-misses in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Understand the general workflow, terminology, and priorities of each service line to dispatch effectively across all departments.
- Support onboarding of new field by providing dispatch procedures and communication expectations.
- Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or customer service (multi-industry or field-service experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR software, GPS/fleet tracking tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Work Schedule

- Full-time, approximately 50 - 60 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule required, including rotating shifts, evenings, and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
- On-call availability for emergencies or after-hours coverage as needed.

Physical & Work Environment

- Primarily office, with occasional need to visit job sites.
- Extended periods at a computer/phone workstation; ability to remain alert and responsive during long shifts.
- Must be able to manage high call/message volume without loss of accuracy.

Staff housing available Pay: From $2,000.00 per week
