Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of freight shipments, manage warehouse operations, and ensure seamless communication across all supply chain activities. Your proactive approach will help optimize transportation management systems, streamline shipping and receiving processes, and support our commitment to efficient supply chain operations.

Duties

- Manage and coordinate freight shipments using transportation management systems (TMS) and software to ensure timely delivery and pickup schedules.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize data entry tools to maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipment details, and warehouse transactions.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, 3PL providers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Conduct analysis of freight data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, or operational efficiencies.
- Maintain organized documentation for all shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities while adhering to safety protocols.




- Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order processing, and logistical coordination.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, freight logistics, and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in typing and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistical data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for liaising with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with 3PL providers or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Forklift license - or the willingness to be trained upon being hired.
