We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Dispatch Assistant to join our energetic logistics team.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of semi-truck dispatching experience is necessary
- Experience dispatching cross - border ( Canada / USA ) loads is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with brokers and drivers
- Experience with load boards , Fleethunt, Border Connect and AFM is required.
- Job is in Airdrie -MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND OWN CAR TO COMMUTE TO WORK
- Must be fluent in English
- Fluency in Punjabi OR hindi is an asset

Schedule :

- Full-time / Part-time




- Afternoon shift and Evening Shift
- Weekend availability is mandatory
