We are currently hiring a full-time Dispatcher. Duties will include answering multi-line phone system, scheduling service and sales calls, setup and scheduling of our maintenance customer contracts, creating work orders, support for our technicians in the field, as well as some administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch experience considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to pick up new computer programs quickly
- Reliable
This position will be fully trained Pay: $18.19-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
