- Work as part of a small team to bake early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Read production schedules and recipes accurately
- Measure, mix, mould, and shape dough
- Fry doughnuts safely and confidently using commercial fryers
- Decorate and fill doughnuts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery
- Contribute to a positive team environment and excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
- Early risers — shifts may start as early as 3:00 AM
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude with strong organizational skills
- Takes pride in quality work and is proactive in finding tasks to complete
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and the success of the bakery
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery is an asset
- Related experience such as cake preparation or bread making will also be considered
Previous experience is a strong plus, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Please note that this is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. We appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you!
