We bring locally sourced premium proteins, including fish and seafood, directly to communities in Calgary. Our Sales Reps go door-to-door, connect with Calgarians, and get them to try local, Alberta-sourced products.

Meat Guyz/Meat Girlz is a Calgary company built on over 30 years of door-to-door local sourcing experience. We're looking for independent, results-driven Sales Professionals ready to grow quick in a performance-based role.

Sales Reps are expected to:

- Encourage people to support local business and farms by showing our products and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM and payment software.
- Organize their own schedule, be reliable, and stay consistent.
- Cultivate a sustainable customer base.

Success will require:

- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Technical literacy. With training,



being able to learn, understand, and use our tools and software.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Pay is 100% commission based. Pay range is based on the Lowest & Highest performing sales reps currently employed as of 2026. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
