Responsibilities

- Inspect, diagnose, and transparent clogged drains, sewer lines, and plumbing fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Utilize welding techniques where necessary to join metal pipes or repair damaged components.
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment or materials safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.




- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and timelines.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems or construction environments.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, screwdrivers, and pliers; experience with power tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or material estimates.
- Experience with welding techniques for pipe fabrication or repairs.
- Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures to handle large equipment or materials safely.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation between job sites.
