ABOUT CASA COVE
Casa Cove is a new licensed childcare center opening in downtown Orillia. We're building a warm, relationship-centered early learning program for toddlers and preschool-aged children — a place where every child feels safe, seen, and genuinely welcome.
We're launching our Toddler program in Fall 2026 and looking for a caring, reliable Early Childhood Assistant to join our founding team.
THE ROLE
As an Early Childhood Assistant at Casa Cove, you'll work alongside our Registered Early Childhood Educators to support daily routines, engage with children during learning experiences, and help maintain an environment where every child feels comfortable and connected.
You don't need years of experience — but you do need warmth, patience, and a genuine interest in working with young children. This role is a strong fit for someone currently enrolled in an ECE program, recently graduated, or exploring a meaningful career change into early childhood education. We're committed to supporting your professional growth as you find your footing in the field.
