We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Level 2/3 to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or assistance with disabilities
- Communicate effectively with families to share progress, address concerns, and foster strong partnerships
- Maintain accurate documentation of children’s development, attendance, and daily activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs
- Use computer skills to update records, prepare reports, and manage classroom resources efficiently

Requirements





- Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with children who have disabilities or special educational needs
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to support diverse communities
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation accurately
- Proficiency in computer operation and software relevant to early childhood education management systems
- Demonstrated time management skills to balance planning, instruction, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities to guide children positively while fostering independence and confidence
- Writing skills for documenting progress reports and communicating effectively in written form
