We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children with diverse needs. Duties

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements
- Foster a secure, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and address any concerns
- Utilize computer skills and classroom technology to enhance instructional delivery and recordkeeping
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Lead educational activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and independence
- Collaborate with special education teams to adapt teaching strategies for bilingual students or those requiring additional support




- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate regularly with families about developmental milestones

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly desirable
- Classroom experience in early childhood education or special education is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus, especially when working with diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to develop creative teaching strategies tailored to individual learners
- Experience using computer operation and classroom management software is advantageous
- Exceptional writing skills for documentation and communication purposes
