Role Description The Ecommerce Sales & Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving online sales growth and brand visibility for G. E.
Barbour
Inc.’s product lines. This role involves managing ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, overseeing digital merchandising, and monitoring online performance metrics. The manager will develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies, including campaigns, promotions, and content, in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Daily activities include analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities,
coordinating with operations on inventory and fulfillment, and maintaining strong relationships with key online retail partners. The role also requires ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and continuous improvement of the customer experience across digital channels.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including managing online marketplaces, driving revenue growth, and optimizing product listings.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and digital marketing, with experience planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions to improve performance.
- Effective Project Management abilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience with ecommerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or similar), and familiarity with SEO and online merchandising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage industries is an asset, along with knowledge of international markets.
