Palate, a pioneering stem cell manufacturing company, as an Electrical and Controls Engineer. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical architecture, embedded systems, and closed-loop control. Your challenge will be to own the entire electrical engineering workflow, from design to integration, ensuring reliable performance in R&D; and pilot phases. Key Responsibilities:

- Own control architecture for bioprocessing devices
- Design and assemble PCB for various applications
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers and Linux systems




- Implement and tune closed-loop control systems
- Integrate electromechanical hardware and instrumentation Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 3+ years engineering experience with automation systems
- Embedded systems and firmware development expertise
- Experience with PCB design using KiCad or Altium
