We’re seeking a skilled and driven Journeyperson Electrician to join our dynamic team in Wabush, NL.

In this role, you’ll provide critical electrical support and expertise for some of the largest mobile mining equipment in the world in the field. Your ability to apply logic and deductive reasoning will be key in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical systems.

Location: Wabush, NL

Shift: 7x7

Wage: $55.19 plus applicable premiums.

What You'll Do:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems on heavy mining equipment in the field.
- Support customers and tradespeople in resolving equipment and component-related issues.
- Perform electrical repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance on haul trucks, shovels, and other mining equipment.
- Install new parts and equipment in accordance with industry standards and site-specific best practices.
- Complete equipment assembly, repair, and component replacement activities.
- Conduct component failure analysis to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Interpret and apply technical documentation to support repairs and installations.
- Contribute to safe, productive maintenance practices while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

What You Bring You bring Journeyperson Electrician certification and a strong commitment to safe work practices. You are confident diagnosing electrical issues, applying technical knowledge in the field, and delivering reliable solutions in a fast-paced mining environment.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical,



and OEM drawings and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

- Red Seal certification.
- Experience working with Komatsu heavy equipment, including haul trucks, shovels, dozers, and related mining equipment.
